These certifications are global, and have been acquired to safeguard JAGGAER customers from malpractice in procurement, particularly in the field of vendor qualification-selection, management of tenders, invitations to bid as well as the evaluation and award of contracts.
In addition to ISO 37001, JAGGAER has attained certifications ISO 27018 (Privacy in Cloud Services), ISO 22301 (Business Continuity), ISO 27001 (Information Security), ISO20000-1 (IT Services Management-Compliance) and ISO 9001 (Quality-Customer Satisfaction).
