315-pound offensive lineman Edward Baker commits to Tennessee football, Josh Heupel

Offensive lineman Edward Baker has committed to Tennessee football .

The 6-foot-4, 315-pound Baker is a three-star recruit from St. Frances Academy in Baltimore according to 247Sports Composite rankings. He is the No. 50 interior offensive lineman in the class of 2026 and No. 18 player in Maryland.

He also held offers from more than 20 schools including Ole Miss, NC State, Arkansas, Virginia, Alabama, Auburn, Boston College, Florida and Miami.

Baker wrote in his commitment post, "Baltimore to Knoxville, it's time."

Baker is the second commit that Tennessee coach Josh Heupel received on June 27, joining three-star edge Kedric Golston II.

Tennessee's other commitments are quarterback Faizon Brandon, wide receiver Tyreek King, tight end Carson Sneed, offensive lineman Gabriel Osenda, linebacker Braylon Outlaw, defensive lineman C.J. Edwards, defensive lineman Zach Groves and safety K.J. McClain.
