Mississippi relaunches Most Wanted list to enhance public safety
Mississippi's Most Wanted list has been relaunched to help law enforcement locate fugitives posing a threat to public safety.
Commissioner Sean Tindell said the most wanted list is compiled by the Mississippi Bureau of Investigation in collaboration with law enforcement agencies across the state, and features fugitives with felony charges who pose a significant threat to public safety.
"We remain committed to enhancing public safety across our great state," Tindell said in a statement. "The individuals on this list pose a serious threat to our communities. By increasing public awareness through the Mississippi’s Most Wanted list, we hope to assist law enforcement in locating and apprehending these fugitives."
Anyone with information about the whereabouts of individuals listed on Mississippi’s Most Wanted, is asked to contact Crime Stoppers or call 1-888-8CRIMES (1-888-827-4637). Tips can be submitted anonymously, and you may be eligible for a reward if your information leads to an arrest.
The Mississippi's Most Wanted list is available online and on the Mississippi Department of Public Safety’s social media platforms.
