Across the street, a small number of Trump administration supporters gathered with flags.

Long after Vance left Michigan, demonstrators continued to march in Bay City.
It happened at the Veterans Memorial Bridge, where protesters were voicing their displeasure with the administration and the Department of Government Efficiency.
