Bulgaria calls for resumption of negotiations on Nagorno-Karabakh

Bulgaria expresses deep concern over the military clashes which have broken out in Nagorno-Karabakh leading to military and civilian casualties, reads the official position of the Bulgarian Foreign Ministry.

Bulgaria calls on both sides to cease fire and to resume their dialogue under the auspices of the Minsk group of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe and its co-chairs, the BNR reports.
