Northern Ireland manager Michael O'Neill has called up Under-21 duo Shayne Lavery and Paul Smyth for the friendly at home to South Korea on Saturday (kick-off 2pm) after several withdrawals.
Captain Steven Davis, Kyle Lafferty, Stuart Dallas and Niall McGinn all pulled out due to injuries.
That reduced O'Neill's squad to 20 players for the friendly in Belfast, but Everton striker Lavery and QPR winger Smyth have been added.
Both played for the U21s in a 5-3 defeat to Spain on Thursday and could feature again on Monday against Iceland.
"If an U21 player or players come in, it won't just be for the experience - it will be because we believe they can contribute as well," said O'Neill before calling up the duo. "They also have a game on Monday so we also have to balance that.
"We have to be careful with the players given the time of year it is and the nature of the game."
Having missed out on qualification for the World Cup, this is the only friendly that Northern Ireland play over the next fortnight.
This will be their first game since the goalless draw in Switzerland back in November that saw them eliminated from the play-offs to qualify for the World Cup. They are not in action again until the end of May when they face Panama.
South Korea are preparing for the World Cup, where they are in a group along with Germany, Mexico and Sweden.
Their hopes of success in Russia should be buoyed by the form of Tottenham's Heung-Min Son, who has scored 18 goals in all competitions this season, including seven in his last five games.
This is the first meeting between the countries.
