Turkmenistan and Japan sign Memorandum on academic exchange of students

Bishkek, Nov. 22, 2017. /Kabar/. Memorandum on the academic exchange of students between the International University of Humanities of Turkmenistan and the Tokyo University of International Studies was held in Ashgabat, the "Trend" agency reported with reference to the newspaper Neutral Turkmenistan.

The Japanese delegation was represented by President of Tokyo University, Mr. Hirotaka Tateishi and Vice President Mr. Sukero Ito.

The main purpose of the memorandum is the organization of student exchanges programs and the conduct of relevant scientific research.

In the upcoming - 2017-2018 academic year Turkmen students will already have the opportunity to start studying in Japan.

The Japanese Culture and Education Center is located at the International University for Humanities and Development in Ashgabat.

The center is organized not only for students and teachers of this institution, but also for everyone who wants to learn the Japanese language, get acquainted with the history and culture of the Land of the Rising Sun and its modern achievements. The Center also carries out work related to the coordination of joint educational programs of two partner universities.
