Elzbieta Rafalska
The Polish government failed to achieve a satisfactory compromise on the issue of posting of workers, labor minister Elzbieta Rafalska told reporters after the Council of the EU decided the posting of workers directive will directly concern the transport sector despite objections from Poland and several other countries.
The Visegrad Group did not stand united, she went on to comment about Slovakia and the Czech Republic backing the directive.
